Help
Canvas Tier 1 support is available 24/7/365 for students, faculty, and staff to contact the Canvas technical support team with questions, concerns, and issues.
Users can click the "Help" icon at the bottom of the global navigation bar within Canvas to call, chat with, or email technical support. The dedicated Support Hotline for all Transy University users is 877-361-0934 . Seamless support structure will be set up in the future so when anyone calls the IT Helpdesk, they will have the option to Press 1 to be routed to Canvas Tier 1 Support.
Also, if Canvas support can't assist they will escalate the issue to Transy IT Helpdesk (i.e. login issues).
